No Kiss and Tell Book for Powell

Unlike George Tenant, Paul O'Neill and Richard Clarke, Colin Powell reportedly will not be penning a bestseller about his time in Bushworld. The New York Post reports that the rumor is that Powell is being offered anywhere from $4 - $10 million from major publishers to tell his story. But with his son, Michael Powell, still ensconced at the FCC (and threatening networks right and left for inappropriate content from Saving Private Ryan to Desperate Housewives), General Powell doesn't want to rock the boat by penning an embarassing book. We think Powell will cave in eventually, as the urge to share his side of the story becomes overwhelming. But we'll see...
