Black Table continues its fascinating tell-all interview with author Jerry Oppenheimer, who is famous for his vicious biographies of various entertainment and media icons, such as Martha Stewart: Just Desserts: An Unauthorized Biography. Oppenheimer's latest bestseller is Front Row: Anna Wintour: The Cool Life and Hot Times of Vogue's Editor in Chief (St. Martin's Press).
