Lou Dobbs, the CNN news anchor of Lou Dobbs Tonight, will publish a book through Warner Business Books. Tentatively titled Exporting America: Why Corporate Greed is Shipping American Jobs Overseas, the book reveals why Dobbs sees the shipment of American jobs to cheap foreign labor markets as a threat not only to millions of workers and their families, but also to the American way of life. The offshoring trend is also a major focus of Lou's nightly news program on CNN. The book is slated for publication in August 2004. Lou Dobbs is a founding member of the CNN network as well as CNN's financial news division.
