This year's Rita Award Winners have been announced. The Rita Awards are prestigious romantic fiction awards announced annually by the The Romance Writers of America (RWA). Wendy Lindstrom won Best First Book for Shades of Honor (St. Martin's Press), Nora Roberts won the Romantic Suspense category with Three Fates (Putnam) and Barbara Ann Samuel won Best Contemporary Single Title with No Place Like Home (Ballantine).
