Large Hadron Collider Pop-up Book Coming in August
A 3D pop-up book about the Large Hadron Collider will be released in August. The book, Voyage to the Heart of Matter: The ATLAS Experiment at CERN, will be available on August 16th. Wiredreports that it took Emma Sanders and Anton Radevsky nearly two years to create the intricate pop-up book. The authors relied on guidance, photos and sketches from dozens of physicists to recreate the $9 billion science experiment in paper. Take a look:
