Novel by Lost Character Hits Bestseller List

A novel by Gray Troup, a character from the Lost television series, has hit the bestseller list. The BBC reports that Troup's novel called Bad Twin (Hyperion) had an initial print run of 365,000 copies.
In the plane crash drama, Gary Troup is one of the victims of the doomed flight. But his manuscript survives to be read by one of the other characters.The Book Standard reports that Bad Twin sold 5,000 copies in its debut week putting it at 98 on the Nielsen BookScan chart. However, it is currently in the top 20 on Amazon.com's bestseller list. Sawyer was the most recent Lost character seen reading the Bad Twin manuscript. Earlier in the season Hurley found the manuscript in a suitcase.Gary Troup is an anagram of "purgatory" but the identity of Bad Twin's real author has not been revealed.
Nevertheless, the show's publicity has pushed it into the top 20 of online retailer Amazon.com's bestseller list.
