Best Long Contemporary Romance:

Best Novel with Strong Romantic Elements:

Best Romantic Suspense:
Survivor in Death by J.D. Robb (Penguin Putnam)
Best Contemporary Single Title:
Lakeside Cottage by Susan Wiggs (MIRA Books).
RWA Lifetime Achievement Award:
